“Some of my favorite memories as a child are playing video games for hours on my NES and Sega Genesis systems. Still to this day I love a good video game, though I rarely take the time to play them any more these days–too much else to do, ya know?

These photos are personal projects I’ve done for fun in my spare time to practice my photo manipulation skills. Each features well-known (or perhaps lesser-known?) characters from gaming’s past inserted into historic or otherwise black and white photos.”
